This policy explains how CJ Music Academy ("we", "us") handles your personal information when you use our website and services.

- Purchases — orders, memberships, bookings and payment status. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card or mobile-money credentials
- Learning activity — enrolments, lesson progress, assignments, quiz results and certificates
- Messages — support tickets and contact form messages you send us
- Technical data — IP address, browser type and security logs used to protect accounts and prevent fraud
How we use it
- To create and secure your account and provide the courses and services you sign up for

- To send marketing messages only where you have agreed; you can unsubscribe at any time
